Bond4NLP is an AI-powered communication training platform that allows users to practice sales calls, investor pitches, cold calling, networking, and other communication scenarios with AI-powered personas. The Service includes text-based practice, voice practice, AI coaching, performance scoring, and progress tracking.
To use Bond4NLP, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The AI personas, coaching advice, NLP scores, and feedback provided by Bond4NLP are generated by artificial intelligence and are for educational and practice purposes only. They should not be relied upon as professional advice. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of any documents, files, or content you upload to Bond4NLP. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and use that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., extracting text for AI context). You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
The Bond4NLP platform, including its design, code, AI models, scenarios, scoring algorithms, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Bond4 Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission. The Bond4NLP name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Bond4 Inc.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOND4 INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bond4 Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
